At The Construction Adviser (TCA), we are pleased to introduce our specialised Clerk of Works services, designed to enhance construction quality and ensure critical building elements are inspected at key stages before being covered up and/or payment. We are ramping up our commitment to providing independent, third-party quality assurance to support builders, developers, and asset owners in achieving defect-free, compliant projects.

Our Clerk of Works service focuses on recurring quality inspections during construction to:

• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Verify workmanship and integrity at critical stages such as window installation, waterproofing, and cladding prior to covering.
• Align progress payments with verified on-site work to prevent overpayment for defective or incomplete workmanship.
